Happy Friday! On our menu today is turkey meatballs! The turkey meatball is filled with Italian and Panko breadcrumbs, greek yogurt carrot and zucchini(and seasoning). The good thing about meatballs is you can serve them at room temperature and they are still yummy! The sauce is Franks Chili Sauce and BBQ sauce! The girls also baked pumpkin chocolate chip bread to add to the lunch! We also added chips and an orange on the side.
This is my 4 year old lunch! On her menu today is Turkey and Colby-Jack cheese flower shaped sandwich, key-lime pretzel with dried cranberries and applesauce! Dried fruits are great additions to your kids lunch box!

You can't go wrong with pizza! You can customize your mini pizza with your kids favorite toppings! These mini cups are very easy to make! You will need flour tortillas, Marinara sauce, grated parmesan cheese, and toppings! My kids love cheese pizza so we left off pepperoni. I also blended squash into the marinara to add veggies into the meal.
